February 23, 2011 - Tulsa, OK – Peak UpTime, a.k.a. “Peak,” has continued its expansion with two recent acquisitions, NexWave Technologies Inc., an Oklahoma City-based unified communications provider, and eMonarch LLC, a leading Tulsa-based Managed Services provider. The two acquisitions strengthen the company's unified communications and managed services offerings, and bring current NexWave and eMonarch clients access to broader capability offerings in Applications, Managed Services and Infrastructure solutions. The two transactions follow a previous acquisition of a division of SpringPoint Technologies (also Tulsa, OK) in July 2010.
“We are excited about our client growth and the unique value these two fine companies and their thought leadership bring to Peak” says Peak President, Gordon Martin. “Peak, NexWave and eMonarch clients will benefit from the strengthening of our team and our solutions capability as the optimal design, deployment and management of IT infrastructure takes advantage of recent shifts to public, private and hybrid “cloud” technology solutions” stated Martin.
Finalized on the first of January, 2011, the NexWave acquisition has significantly increased the capability in voice, video conferencing, and data services, as well as business continuity management.
The eMonarch acquisition will be completed on March 1. eMonarch’s market leading managed services offering is complemented by comprehensive network management and data protection. “We are fortunate to on-board great team members from the two companies,” Martin stated.
